I bought a tiny home at Home Depot for $3,500 - I didn't have to build it, no credit check and a hid
TINY homes have become a viable, money-saving option for many Americans.
Even Amazon has gotten in on the game with its $3,000 tiny homes, which qualify for Prime benefits.

You can order one online and it'll be delivered to your door in three to seven days, complete with all the tools you need to build it.
If you're not keen on building an entire home on your own, a popular TikToker has shown another option.
Known as the Modern Nomad (@amodernnomad), the TikToker documents life on the go. He recently bought a Tuff Shed that he plans on turning into a tiny home.
In one of his most recent videos, he explained the simple purchasing process and a few other benefits that come with this option.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
The shed was originally $4,200 but he watched the site until the home was marked down and he was able to negotiate the price down even further to $3,500.
It got delivered to his lot already assembled. He has plans to add all the necessities and some extras, but he said he could live in it right away if he wanted to.
"$3,500 for a frame, a roof and a door is actually really good, and it saves me a ton of time with having to build it myself," he said.
It is a lot of money, but another benefit of buying a Tuff Shed to convert into a tiny home is the rent-to-own option.

You could break up the payments over time until it's completely paid off.
"For people who have less than stellar credit, there's no credit check for that."
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
The Tuff Shed that he bought is a 10-by-12 lofted mini barn.
There is a large space and two lofts, one on each side of the house.
He has plans to put his bed on one of the lofts and use the other one for storage.
He's also going to be adding stairs that fold up to keep the living space open.
There will be a fully functional kitchen and bathroom and an open living room space
The only downside he could find is that he has to install his own windows.
